Scott Morrison’s silver lining

Prime Minister Scott Morrison has hinted at the possible loosening of coronavirus restriction following a National Cabinet stating there will be making an announcement made next Friday 8 May.

“We can’t keep Australia under the doona. We need to be able to move ahead,” Mr Morrison said.

The PM also stating that Australia has enough medical supplies and masks to make sure they can handle another incident.

Australians are also encouraged to download the CovidSafe tracing app which has already received 3.5 million downloads but more are needed to make proper use of the app’s functions.

Pedestrian struck by car in Mirrabooka

Police are investigating after a man was allegedly hit by a car while walking in the Perth suburb of Mirrabooka.

The incident occurred on Yirrigan Drive around 12.30pm this afternoon.

St John Ambulance and the WA Police force are yet to release a statement

Michael Clarke cops social media roasting

Former Australian Cricket Captain Michael Clark has received a roasting on social media for the state of his hair and pool in a recent instagram post.

His hair now dyed blonde has caught the eye of many with many taking humorous digs at the state of his swimming pool.
