General Terms and Conditions

All winners must adhere to both the contest's and Boom Radio's terms and conditions.

• All callers must be over the age of 16
• Any decisions made by Boom Radio are final
• If the competition prize needs to be collected from Boom Radio, winners will need to collect it within 7 business days.
• If a prize is not collected within 7 business days, Boom Radio has the right to keep the prize for further competitions or a different entrant.
• Boom Radio reserves the rights to cancel competitions at any time, without notice.
• Winners under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult when collecting the prize from the station.
• Entry into the contest deems consent to use prize winners names, photographs and any audio for promotional purposes.
• Employee's and family members of Boom Radio are ineligible to enter the Competition.
