After the Gold Coast Suns controversial rebrand at the end of last year where they changed their logo and jumper for the first time since 2011, the suns have revealed a one off Gather Round jumper to be wore in round 5 when they take on North Melbourne in the Barossa Valley.

This follows the likes of Adelaide, Fremantle, West Coast and GWS in recent years who have had a one off gather round design. But this jumper from Gold Coast has caused the most controversy going for whole pink number meant to represent the gold coast sunrise and sunset.
The early rumours were that the Suns were going for a whole Miami Vice look for their inaugural Gather Round jumper, but it was revalued in a photo shoot yesterday modelled by former captain Touk Miller, Defenders Charlie Ballard and Will Powell and Forward Ben King.

The announcement comes a week after new skipper Noah Anderson was announced, The Suns first game of the season is against Essendon in opening round on the 8th of March.
