- Doctor Strange teaser trailer is released;
Everyone’s inner nerd should be screaming right now as Marvel has once again released another trailer from its line-up of superheroes and this time it’s Doctor Strange. Starring Sherlock actor Benedict Cumberbatch and Regina George herself Miss Rachel McAdams, Doctor Strange is about an arrogant Doctor learning the ways of sorcery to protect the world from evil and will be released in cinemas October 27. - A mummified person was found in Mongolia wearing Adidas-like sneakers;
If there is any chance time travel could be real this may be it; a 1 500 year old mummified Mongolian person was found in the Altai Mountains wearing shoes very similar to the iconic Adidas pair complete with black stripes. The body was discovered when a local herdsman discovered the tomb and alerted the Khovd Museum. As well as the body there was a horse saddle, everyday tools, and the remains of a horse found in the tomb.
- Splendour in the grass 2016 line-up announced;
After the April fools line-up which included Zayn Malik and Adele was announced a joke, Aussies can now breathe easy as the official Splendour in the Grass 2016 line-up was announced yesterday. The Byron Bay festival will be headlined by legendary acts The Strokes and The Cure. Australia is being represented well with Flume, Courtney Barnett, Hermitude and Matt Corby set to making performances. The line-up gets even more exciting with Brits The 1975 and Duke Dumont included. The festival goes from the 22nd to the 24th of July and you can get a hold of the full line up right here.
